DO CHILDREN COUNT AS GUESTS?

Children under 3 years old can stay free of charge. However, children above 3 years old are counted as guests.

WHY DOES THE PRICE INCREASE WHEN SELECTING MORE THAN 6 GUESTS?

We offer discounted rates for small groups of up to 6 guests. For groups larger than 6, an additional charge of RM150 per additional person per night applies.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

  • Check-in: After 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out is subject to availability and can only be confirmed the day before departure. A fee of RM100 per hour applies.

IS A SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Yes, a security deposit is required based on the villa you have booked:

  • RM1,500 – The Villa, Villa 4 & Aislinn Villa
  • RM2,000 – White Monkey Villa
  • RM5,000 – Villa Vista
    The deposit can be paid via credit card, wire transfer, or in cash and will be refunded upon check-out if no damages are found.

CAN WE INVITE FRIENDS TO THE VILLA DURING OUR STAY?

No. Visitors are strictly not allowed inside the villa. Our properties are monitored by CCTV outside, and any violation will result in immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund.

CAN I ORGANIZE EVENTS OR PARTIES?

Events and parties are not allowed unless approved by us in advance.

HOW DO I BOOK A VILLA?

You have two options:

  1. Book directly with us for the most exclusive rates using our secure payment platform, Stripe.com.
  2. Book through third-party platforms, though prices there are typically 20-30% higher than our direct booking rates.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING PRICE?

Your booking covers:

✔️ Cleaning services
✔️ Linens and towels
✔️ Concierge services at discounted rates (in-house massage, yoga, personal chef, babysitting, and more)
✔️ Exclusive Langkawi travel guides with insider tips

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be modified. Failure to check in will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

IS DAILY HOUSEKEEPING PROVIDED?

We offer complimentary housekeeping every second day. Daily housekeeping is available for an additional fee.

ARE TOWELS AND LINENS PROVIDED?

Yes! Towels, bedding, and linens are included. They are replaced every four days.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE?

If any items are broken, missing, or damaged, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation together. In cases of significant damage, we may charge for replacements.

CAN I SMOKE INSIDE THE PROPERTY?

No. All villas are strictly smoke-free. However, designated outdoor smoking areas and ashtrays are provided.
